Your First Order!
. 48 hours: The aim for us to complete the entire cycle of picking up your clothes, cleaning then and delivering back to you within 48 hours
. 24 hours: We also keep provision for when you need your clothes faster, and deliver them back to you within 24 hours.
Delicate items like saree, fancy suits, lehengas, and premium quality fabrics should be dry-cleaned. Other types of casual wear can be laundered. If you aren’t sure of the best approach, refer to the instructions printed on the label or just give us a call and our executive will help you right away.
You can schedule a pick-up either over WhatsApp, on our website, or by giving a call to our helpline. As always, your convenience is our catchphrase.

We have our own processing centers equipped with the latest technology and equipment. You can also watch the processing video on our website, which will give you an idea of the entire process.
Synthetic fabrics. These include polyester, nylon, spandex, acrylic and acetate. These won't shrink, so it's safe to wash in warm water. However, go gentle or low on drying because they can permanently wrinkle in a hot dryer
We accept payment through cash or Paytm at the time of delivery. We also accept online payments, for which we send you a link to pay using a credit card, debit card or through netbanking.
Dry Cleaning
Dry cleaners are legally required to take ‘reasonable’ care of anything left with them. You can claim compensation if your belongings are damaged or lost while in their care.
Here at Laundrapp, some facilities use heat-sealed tags (like stickers) to identify your items. This uses the most advanced technology in the industry to ensure items are safeguarded and tracked in the best way possible. This method has a multitude of benefits over the traditional "paper and pin" method":

Even so, not all stains can be removed. Be sure to blot any excess liquid immediately. Be sure to check for colorfastness before treating stain. Stain remover should always be applied to the underside of the stain.
Wash, Tumble Dry & Fold
There’s no need to weigh your bag, no. All Wash, Tumble Dry & Fold orders are weighed when they reach the facility. You’ll receive a confirmation email afterwards to let you know the final weight.
A : Please don’t add silk, leather, fur, velvet or cashmere or any dry clean only items to your Wash, Tumble Dry & Fold order as they aren’t typically suitable for machine washing or tumble drying.
Bedding, towels or large items should also be removed and ordered separately; as such large items can prevent a good quality of cleaning.
There are all sorts of thoughts about how to sort laundry. Some people do as my son did — throwing clothes, sheets, and towels into the machine willy-nilly. They rely on a cold water wash, and maybe those color catcher things to keep fabric dyes.
When to Use Warm Water – For man-made fibers, knits and jeans, use warm water (90°F). Most of your clothes can be washed in warm water. It offers good cleaning without significant fading or shrinking. When to Use Cold Water – For dark or bright colors that bleed or delicate fabrics, use cold water (80°F).
Your clothes are wet, and you need them dry. Ultimately, the goal is to quickly remove the water from the fabric by any means possible: heat, spinning, airflow, or pressure. Try placing a fresh, dry towel into a standard tumble-dryer to speed up the water-absorption process. Try ironing or blow-drying each garment to steam out the water with heat. Before you dry: use a high-spin wash, then wring your clothing out to remove any excess water and speed the drying process.
